Private Pilot Ground School is the first step to becoming a pilot and gaining the knowledge needed to begin a career in the aviation industry.

Course content includes:

  • FAA regulations
  • Weather
  • Radio communications and navigation
  • Flight safety
  • Aircraft components
  • Aerodynamics
  • Airspace and airport logistics
  • Emergency procedures

This course fulfills FAA Regulations for meeting private pilot requirement CFR 61. Upon completion of this course, students will be prepared for the FAA Private Pilot Knowledge Test. Students who successfully pass the FAA test may continue to pursuit their Private Pilot License through a certified flight school.
