Course Information

Take the first step to begin a new career in the aviation industry! Be prepared for your first flight by learning the basics of radio communications, navigation and trip planning, emergency procedures, weather, runway and airspace logistics, flight safety and FAA regulations. You will also become acquainted with aircraft components, maintenance, and aerodynamics. This course is designed to fulfill FAA regulations to meet the private pilot certification requirement CFR 61. Upon completion of this course, students will be prepared for the FAA Private Pilot knowledge test. Students who successfully pass the FAA test will be qualified to pursuit a Private Pilot License.
