Food Safety Refresher and
Re-Certificacion de Sanidad en el Servicio de Allmentos

This refresher course is for certified food service sanitation managers seeking renewal of their five-year Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). It is taught in English or Spanish, and is a condensed version of the 15-hour FSSMC certification course.

This course is only held twice per semester; once at the Grayslake campus and once at the Southlake campus. The spanish class is offered once a semester at the Lakeshore Campus.
