Flagger Certification & Safety

IDOT requires flagging on Illinois roadways to be state certified. This four-hour course will reduce corporate and personal liability, prepare the novice for the first day on the job and enlighten the seasoned flagger.

Real Estate

The College of Lake County is certified by the Real Estate Division, Office of Banks and Real Estate under the Illinois Real Estate Brokers and Sales License Action of 2000. A student must meet all requirements under the Act to be able to file to take the Salesperson's, Broker's or Home Inspector's Examination given by the State of Illinois.

Security Officer Basic & Firearms Training

Prepare yourself for a career in the security field as an armed or unarmed security guard by earning Illinois state certification.

Spanish Language

Command Spanish training provides non Spanish speaking students with immediate access to functional workplace language skills. You can take classes face-to-face or online.

Spanish Interpreter

Water Waste-Water

Earn renewal training credits by signing up for individual section of the college credit course Basic Waterworks Operations. The topics are approved by the IEPA for Drinking water Certification renewal training credits.
