The Illinois Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is funded by the Defense Logistics Agency, the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, and the College of Lake County through a cooperative agreement as a service to those members of the business community interested in selling a product or service to the government.
