There can often be a myriad of legal issues involved with starting and running a small business. One of the more complicated areas that tend to cause headaches for small business owners and entrepreneurs is Intellectual Property Law. Rick Biagi a partner with the Intellectual Property law firm of Neal & McDevitt, LLC will present this seminar on trademarks, copyright, patent, trade secret and advertising law issues for small business owners and entrepreneurs.
