In this changing economy it is now more important than ever to develop a consistent sales process. In this workshop we look at the sales process – the heart of any business. This class is designed to help you create a sales process for your business and the measurements to know if what you are doing are getting the results you want. A consistent, measurable sales process allows you to identify what is working and what isn't.
