Establishing A Culture Of Appreciation In The Workplace
(Keys To Recognizing Employees & Growing Business)
October 15, Room T326 at the Grayslake Campus, 19351 West Washington Street, Grayslake.

Major research efforts indicate that the number one reason employees leave organizations is that they don't "feel appreciated".  Turnover is reported as corporate America's "single largest uncalculated expense" with estimates ranging as high as 250% of an employee's annual income to replace them!  Research also indicates that a 5% increase in "employee loyalty" can increase company profits by up to 50%.  This seminar illustrates how a culture of appreciation can lead to significant, bottom-line business results - giving your organization a competitive advantage.  After attending this highly interactive session, you will be able to:

  • Better appreciate the relationship between employee recognition and bottom-line business results
  • Use four methods to effectively reward and recognize individuals and/or groups
  • Incorporate key elements into the recognition experience that significantly optimize its positive impact
  • Identity 'tips and trips' associated with reward and recognition

When: Morning Seminars are from 9 to 11a.m.
Cost: $39 per person and includes a continental breakfast.

To register, call (847) 543-2615.
